You’ll be able to RSVP, see who else is coming, see if a walk has been added or cancelled, post suggestions and put your own profile out there so we know more about you!
This is a fun group consisting of women who are serious about shaping up, but need some help and support to get and keep it going. Come alone or drag a friend – willing or unwilling – with you. You may not know anyone when you take that first step, but you’ll have a group of buddies by the time you finish. You’ll be amazed how many others share your same eating and exercise struggles. If you look in the mirror at your naked body and gag, you’re perfect for us! Be prepared to laugh, be prepared to work, and be prepared to succeed!
If a walker wishes, I will share the Bodyconomics™ walk method that is responsible for my 40-lbs weight loss and total body-mind transformation. These walks will be FREE and geared toward bringing women together who say, “I know I need to exercise, but…” – yes I know, it’s tough to get started! It took me 10 years of losing and gaining through walking to finally figure out how to get it off (5 months for me) and KEEP it off (4 years now)!!!
Don’t worry if you think you’ll lag behind… we all lag at first and on low-energy days. This is not a race… it’s training and as needed, I’ll be working with each and every person to tailor it to that person’s abilities. This is progressive and you’ll be amazed at how quickly those little changes begin.
